Please arrive to your lash appointment at your APPOINTMENT TIME ! If you arrive early you can text to let me know you've arrived but it is no guarantee I will start your appointment early. Be sure NOT to book other appointments immediately after your lash appointment because some appointments run over the estimated time and NO client will be rushed. When you arrive text me to let me know when you're outside and I will let you know when to come in. If you are going to be late be sure to text as soon as possible. AFTER 15 MINS a fee will be applied and cancelation is possible. NO CALL NO SHOW your deposit will be nonrefundable.SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS fee will be applied. CANCELLATION must be done before 24hr as well as to RESCHEDULE, same day reschedule fee will be applied if rescheduling for a same day appointment. SQUEEZE IN FEE is applied when I'm fully booked and still take your appointment . To try for a squeeze in just text me! Book your sets carefully after you book prices will not change. Anytime after 5pm SQUEEZE IN FEE is applied.
